Winston-Salem Symphony Chorale Concert March 22

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (MARCH 6, 2015) — The Winston-Salem Symphony Chorale will present a concert on March 21, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Carole Ott is retiring at the end of the 2014-2015 season as Chorale Director and this performance is her final occasion to conduct the Chorale.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (March 5, 2015) – The Winston-Salem Symphony is presenting a Discovery Concert for Kids on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 3 p.m. featuring the dynamic organ/drum duo, the Sugar Free Allstars. The concert, entitled “Get Up and Groove!,” will take place at Reynolds Auditorium at 301 N. Hawthorne Road in Winston-Salem.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (MARCH 3, 2015) – The Winston-Salem Symphony Chorale and Winston-Salem Youth Chorus today jointly announce searches for artistic leaders as follows: the Winston-Salem Symphony Chorale seeks a part-time Symphony Chorale Director and the Winston-Salem Youth Chorus seeks a part-time Artistic Director.

2014-2015 Peter Perret Youth Talent Search Winners

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (FEBRUARY 27, 2015) – The Winston-Salem Symphony has announced the winners of the 2014-2015 Peter Perret Youth Talent Search competition. Pianist Kiffen Loomis and violinist Brian Lin will perform with the Winston-Salem Symphony at the Concert for Community on March 14, 2015, at 3 p.m. in Wait Chapel on the Wake Forest University campus.
