Subscribers may exchange tickets for any day of the same concert series. Tickets may not be exchanged between concert series — for example, tickets to a Classics Series concert may not be exchanged for tickets to a Plugged-In Pops Series concert. Please notify the Symphony Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive the best exchange possible. We must have the original tickets in hand in order to turn over new tickets. There are no exchanges or refunds for concerts that have already taken place.

All sales are final for purchases of single tickets.
