As a Symphony Subscriber you are getting so much more than a savings on concert tickets! For more information regarding subscriptions, or to subscribe, email us or call (336) 464.0145.

Benefits include:
  • Subscriber Benefits Card – Receive discounts anytime on meals at select downtown restaurants and designated discounts at select entertainment venues. Use it often enough and you’ll pay for your subscriptions with the money you save! Learn about participating businesses.
  • Reserved Seats – Same seat for every concert in your subscription.
  • Priority Seating – You are guaranteed the same seats year after year with the option to change location or performance day during the renewal period.
  • Discounts On Individual Tickets – Subscribers receive 20% off additional tickets to individual concerts.
  • No Waiting In Line – Tickets are mailed to you!
  • Easy Exchange – Subscribers may exchange tickets for any day of the same concert series.  Please notify the Symphony Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive the best exchange possible. We must have the original tickets in hand in order to turn over new tickets.

    • Tickets may not be exchanged between concert series.
    • There are no exchanges or refunds for concerts that have already taken place.
    • Returns – All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets may be returned to the Symphony Box Office for resale anytime prior to a performance. A tax credit letter will be issued for any returned tickets that are resold.
  • Tax Credit – Not able to use your tickets or even exchange them? Please turn in your tickets prior to the concert, receive tax-credit, and give someone else the opportunity to attend.
  • Replacement Tickets – Misplaced your tickets? No problem: just give us a call for a new set. Please call 24 hours prior to the concert, or see a staff member at the venue’s box office beginning one hour prior to the concert.
  • Advance Notice On Special Events – You’re always the first to know before we advertise to the general public!
  • It’s A Great Deal! – Save money when you buy a subscription.

Bandleader of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson for over 30 years, Doc will bring his trumpet, style, and air to Reynolds Auditorium for a night of incredible music!
