COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Please visit https://www.wssymphony.org/safety for the most up-to-date information on our COVID-19 protocols.

Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange tickets if they are unable to attend a performance. Please notify the Symphony Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive the best exchange possible. We must have the original tickets in hand to turn over new tickets. There are no exchanges or refunds for concerts that have already taken place. Some exclusions may apply.

Returns

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets may be returned to the Symphony Box Office for resale any time prior to a performance. A tax donation letter will be issued for any tickets that are returned prior to the performance.

Note: For security reasons, ticket buyers using the Print at Home ticket option would not be able to return printed tickets for a tax credit letter.

Lost Tickets

No worries! Just email us at boxoffice@wssymphony.org or call the Symphony Box Office at (336) 464.0145 between 10AM-4PM, Tuesday – Friday. Leave a voicemail message and we will issue a reprint of your tickets to leave for pick up at the Will Call window before the performance. If you have a confirmed receipt of your ticket purchase, but did not receive the tickets via mail or email, you can always stop by the Box Office at the performance venue one hour before the start of the performance, and we will reissue your tickets at the door. Please come see us before the show, we don’t want you to miss out on a performance!

Will Call

Tickets ordered within one week of a concert will be held at Will Call. Will Call tickets may be picked up from the Symphony Box Office during normal operating hours, or at the venue beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Online Ticketing

Tickets are available online until 3 hours before any performance. After that, please plan to purchase at the door beginning one hour prior to the concert.

ADA

All venues are fully accessible to patrons with special needs. If you need special seating, please call the Symphony Box Office to reserve seating prior to the performance. Patrons needing assisted hearing devices should obtain a unit from the box office at the venue.

Children

All patrons over the age of 2 are required to have a ticket. Patrons are urged to use their best judgment when bringing children to a concert intended for adults. If any person makes a disruption during a concert, it is appropriate that they step outside the concert hall to avoid inconveniencing or distracting fellow concert attendees and musicians.
