Crawford Hall is on the second floor of the Gray Building, near the south end of campus. A music concert hall, the 590-seat concert auditorium houses the Sarah Graham Kenan Organ (designed specifically for Crawford Hall by Charles Fisk), a Dowd harpsichord, a Hamburg Steinway, and a Baldwin concert grand.

A parking lot located directly behind Gray Building and the lots on de Mille Drive, both accessible from the Chapel Street entrance, are available for Crawford performances. The Chapel Street entrance is marked by brick columns (beside the Creative Learning Center) ; follow the signs to your left as you come in the entrance.

From the East
Traveling I-40 West through Greensboro, take the I-40 West bypass (not Business 40) for Winston-Salem and Statesville (a left merge). In Winston-Salem, take the Main Street (193 C) exit and proceed to the stop light. Take a right onto Silas Creek Parkway, then take a left at the intersection with Main Street. Follow Main Street for about a mile and turn right into campus. This is the School’s main entrance. Gray Building/Crawford Hall is located down the service road at the next available right-turn.

From the West
Traveling I-40 East to Winston-Salem, take I-40 East bypass (not Business 40) for Greensboro (a right merge). Continue on I-40 for approximately 4.5 miles and take the Peters Creek Parkway (192) exit. Take a left onto Peters Creek Parkway, and take a right at the next intersection, with Silas Creek Parkway. Proceed until you reach Main Street. Take a left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street for about a mile and turn right into campus. This is the School’s main entrance. Gray Building/Crawford Hall is located down the service road at the next available right-turn.

From the South
Traveling north on U.S. 52, take the Sprague Street exit. Turn left on Sprague Street, go to the second traffic light and turn right on Main Street. Follow Main Street for one-half mile, and turn right into campus. Gray Building/Crawford Hall is located down the service road at the next available right-turn.

From the North
Traveling south on U.S. 52, take the Waughtown Street exit. Turn right on Waughtown, go through a traffic circle, and the School is in the next block. Gray Building/Crawford Hall is located down the service road at the next available right-turn.

From Hwy. 40 West:
Exit Hwy. 40 Bus. at the Silas Creek/Wake Forest University exit. The exit is tricky; be sure to stay left after exiting and then take the secondary exit that points to Wake Forest University. Watch the signs carefully. You will exit onto Silas Creek Parkway, drive four miles until you see the signs for the University. You will eventually take a turnoff to the right, onto Wake Forest Rd. You will quickly come to the intersection of Reynolda Rd. with the WFU entrance at the other end. Enter the school and take your first left onto Allen Easley St. Follow the road for a block and take your first right into the parking lot. The first building you see on your right will be the rear of Scales Fine Arts Center.

From Business I-40, exit at Cloverdale Ave. Turn left at bottom of ramp. Go through light at First St. to end of Cloverdale, turn left on Hawthorne Rd. Go through second traffic light, under railroad trestle, then bear right. School will be on right. The Band Room is in a new out-parcel building that is accessible from the far north entrance to campus (last entrance on right).
