• Easy, Flexible Exchanges – Can’t make your Classics concert but would like to attend a Pops show instead? Now you can! Subscribers may exchange tickets for any regular Classics or Pops series concert. Please notify Tickets & Guest Services at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive the best exchange possible.

  • Any price increase exchanging out of series will be patron’s responsibility.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds for concerts that have already taken place.
• Tax Credit – Not able to use your tickets or even exchange them? Please turn in your tickets prior to the concert, receive tax-credit, and give someone else the opportunity to attend.
• Replacement Tickets – Misplaced your tickets? No problem: just give us a call! Please call 24 hours prior to the concert, or see a staff member at the venue’s box office beginning one hour prior to the performance.
